Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Regulars Co., a membership program operated by REGULARS LLC ("Regulars," "we," "us") that gives members benefits, Experiences, and access at participating local venues.

Membership

Membership is free. You join with your first name and a mobile number that you verify with a one-time code. Benefits and Experiences are offered by participating venues, may be limited in quantity or time, and may change or end. Your member pass is personal to you.

SMS Terms

Program. Regulars Co. (REGULARS LLC) sends text messages to members about their membership, including member offers, event invitations, and updates about participating venues they join, reservation and access updates, member pass links, and phone verification codes.

Account messages. When you tap "Text me a verification code" on a signup page, we text a one-time verification code and then a link to your member pass. Requesting a code does not sign you up for promotional texts.

Promotional messages. Promotional texts are sent only if you check the separate, optional promotional text box when you join. It is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to join or use membership benefits. Accepting these terms is not consent to promotional texts. If you opt in, we text a confirmation. You can turn promotional texts off under SMS preferences on your member pass.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Regulars Co. texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume. You can also turn texts off under SMS preferences on your member pass. Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@regulars-co.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Participating venues

Venues are responsible for fulfilling the benefits and Experiences they offer. Scans at a venue are used to redeem a benefit, admit a reservation, verify access, or count a visit where the venue offers visit rewards.

Acceptable use

Do not share, copy, or misuse member passes or codes, sign up with a number that isn't yours, or attempt to claim benefits you aren't eligible for. We may suspend memberships that do.
