This Privacy Policy explains how Regulars Co., operated by REGULARS LLC ("Regulars," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you join Regulars, use your member pass, or receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

When you join, we collect your first name and mobile phone number, and we verify the number with a one-time code. We keep a record of your text message consent, including the consent language shown, when you agreed, and where you signed up. As you use Regulars we record the venues you join, the benefits and Experiences you claim, reservations and attendance, and scans made by venue staff to redeem or admit you. We also collect basic device and request information such as IP address and browser type. For businesses, we collect account contact details and venue information.

How we use information

We use this information to run your membership, check eligibility for benefits, manage reservations and capacity, verify access at participating venues, send the text messages you asked for, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse.

What participating venues see

A participating venue sees your first name and your activity at that venue, such as claims, redemptions, and attendance. Venues do not receive your phone number, and they do not see your activity at other venues.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text message consent records are never shared with participating venues, affiliates, or other third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Regulars, such as our text message, email, and hosting providers, and only so they can provide those services to us.

Promotional texts are optional and are not required to join or to use member benefits. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also turn texts off under SMS preferences on your member pass. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept so we can honor your choices. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information.
