Information collected

Regulars may process business account details, customer first name and verified phone number, per-store consent records, member-pass activity, store visits, device request metadata, and optional cashier-entered logged spend.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to operate a network member pass, recognize return visits, send Regulars texts about stores the customer joined, and show the store a visit report. Regulars is the controller of the phone number for messaging. A participating store sees first name, visit activity, and logged spend for members of that store. It does not receive a portable phone list.

If a store leaves

The store may take an export of first names, visit counts, last-visit dates, and logged spend. Phone numbers, pass links, and consent artifacts stay with Regulars. Customers keep the right to STOP all Regulars texts or mute that store.

Messaging

Regulars is the sender. Reply STOP to disable all Regulars texts, HELP for support, or use the member pass to mute individual stores. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
